Thank you for choosing our job board website. We are committed to providing high-quality services and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of credits, we offer the following refunds policy.

Refunds for Unused Credits

If you have purchased credits on our website and have not used them, you may request a refund of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

  • The purchase is not older than 12 months.
  • The credits have not been used to post a job or access any premium features.

Refunds for Technical Issues

If you have experienced technical issues with our website or services that have prevented you from using your purchased credits, you may request a refund of your purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your purchase must meet the following criteria:

  • You have not been able to use your purchased credits due to technical issues with our website or services.

To request a refund, please contact your assigned Corporate Account Manager via email, or raise a support ticket using the (?) button in the bottom-right corner of any page on the recruitment dashboard. We will review your request and issue a refund within 10 business days of our receipt of your request.

Exceptions

Please note that certain purchases may be exempt from our refunds policy, such as purchases made in connection with a special promotion or discount. We will notify you at the time of purchase if any exemptions apply to your purchase.
